He is a serial entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry. He is currently the CEO at Brandon Group, a software services company he founded, where he has been contributing to an astronomical growth in sales from year to year. Partnerships he developed and leveraged included XO Communications, Barclays Bank and Concentra, among other fortune 500 clients. In this process he contributed to build a technology and management workforce of over 200 people. Mohan started his career with Satyam Computer Services after graduating with a Master's Degree in Computer Applications from Osmania University in India.

Alan is a member of the Advisory Board. He has served as the President of Comic Images since 1994 and has overseen the marketing, licensing and sales for this manufacturer of trading cards and novelty toys. Key Licensees include Marvel Comics (Spiderman), LucasFilm Ltd.(Star Wars), World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and Dreamworks (Shrek). Key Distribution Channels include Mass (Wal-Mart, Target), Drug (CVS), Catalog (ABC/LTD) and Specialty (Toys R Us). Alan completed his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management in 1975.

Geoff is a member of the Advisory Board and has been Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Konami Digital Entertainment the U.S. subsidiary of the $2.3 billion Japanese developer and publisher of digital entertainment software, since 2002. From March 2002 to September 2002, Geoff served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Xicat Interactive, Inc., a developer of PC entertainment software and from 1991 to 2002, he was Senior Vice President of Business Development for Acclaim Entertainment, Inc., a global developer and publisher of entertainment software. Prior to joining Acclaim, he was President of Activision International. He is also a current Board member and one of the founders of the Entertainment Software Association (ESA), the governing body of the $11 billion American entertainment software industry.

Harvey is our General Counsel and has more than 25 years experience as head of his law firm advising multi-national corporations. He has lectured in India, Canada, South Africa and the United States. Additionally, he is licensed to practice law in the states of New York and Massachusetts. Mr. Shapiro has earned a JD degree from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor's of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts.

A member of the Advisory Board, Fred is a seasoned Finance Professional. He specializes in crisis management, long term strategic planning and management consulting for small-to-medium-sized businesses. Fred has had a distinguished career and is currently on the Board of Oneida Ltd.

The CEO of the company, Prakash is a professional manager who became an entrepreneur and has over 30 years of experience in managing small and large businesses on a global scale. He is a founder of NASSCOM and a serial entrepreneur and has started ventures which have been pioneers in the IT Outsourcing, Retailing and BPO Industry.

He introduced Franchising to India in the early 80's. In his last assignment, Prakash headed the U.S. operations for IT Outsourcing for ITC, one of India's largest conglomerates. He is a graduate from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and has attended advanced management programs at ITC Geneva and Harvard Business School.

Daniel James Kitchen (Dan) joined on 1st October ’09 in the capacity of VP-Sales. Dan is an accomplished, results-driven, recognized interactive software industry veteran with over 25+ years of combined management and design experience creating, marketing, and distributing interactive software generating over $100M in revenues.

He has been represented by Creative Artists Agency (CAA) talent and literary agency, and was a technical consultant for Sony Pictures. He has worked with big brands during his career that include Activision, Majesco Entertainment and Skyworks Interactive. Dan has produced over 200 interactive software titles, has served on the Society of Industry Leaders, and is a recognized expert witness in the gaming industry.

The company's Head of Europe, Martin Ogden is an accomplished senior management executive with extensive experience in the entertainment industry, He has worked for major international entertainment companies such as Paramount & Universal Home Entertainment, founded a European entrepreneurial mobile games publishing start-up, Player One, and spent his early years in marketing management and product development roles for United Biscuits.

Martin's skills cover general management, business development, sales & marketing, NPD, Operational management and brand licensing and he has worked with the biggest brands in entertainment and. His time within the games sector has seen Martin successfully manage the development and launch of over 100 video game titles.

Sonia Nair, Vice President - Talent Management comes with 14+ years of experience in the entire gamut of Global HR management. Having worked with various start up companies and large corporations in the past, which include manufacturing set ups, an IT Giant, a Public Sector enterprise and services sector, she has the cutting edge expertise in setting up matured policies, processes & Information systems right from the scratch.

She has managed employee relations, compensation management and diversity management across geographies and time zones. Jayadev has a wide experience in IT and services, ranging over 13 years. He is an expert at providing customized open source solutions till date. His interests include working on start-up and SMB solutions. He has worked with well known companies like Pramati (www.pramati.com) and Sun Microsystems. He also freelanced as IT infrastructure consultant in his early years. He joined us as IT Manager and has scaled up as Vice President Services. He holds a B.Sc. in Electronics from Nagarjuna University.

Ramesh started his career in Finance and Accounts in 1991 and has worked with companies like Analog Devices, Sidra Castings and Bhaskar Agro Chemicals. He is a specialist in Liaison activity with banks, compliance norms for STPI units, Taxation and Book keeping for India and US. He heads the Finance and Accounts division of the company. He holds a Masters degree in Commerce from Osmania University.

Ramakrishnam Raju heads the General Administration function in the company. He comes with a vast experience in managing the administration of companies that include Health care, Insurance, Media and consulting sectors. He has around five years of valuable experience in managing General administration and facilities. He joined Care Hospitals after finishing his MBA from Osmania University and played a challenging role of managing administration there before joining Gameshastra.
